An Update for Custom Alarm Customers,

As we make our way through our new "normal" we would like to remind you of our continued commitment to providing peace-of-mind for your home and/or business. We have remained operational throughout this unprecedented event, installing and servicing and protecting our customers. 

Here's the latest on what we are doing:

Service, Installation and Sales Personnel

• Our technicians are performing service and installation work.
• Our sales team is available to assist anyone with additional security/safety needs and we are taking calls, online requests and any other form of communication. 

Custom Alarm Lobby

• Our front lobby is open to visitors.
• We ask that you wear a mask and apply hand sanitizer before entering.
• Please don't visit if you are sick and/or have a temperature.
• We have yellow tape placed on the floor to keep social distancing. 
• We will ask health screening questions and take your temperature.

Health & Safety

We continue to take necessary precautions to ensure our employees are healthy and safe:

• We have instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home.
• We have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures for all team members.
• We are practicing social distancing in all of our interactions with one another and with our customers.
• We are requiring all staff to wear masks at customer sites and around the office. 
• Technicians are washing hands or using hand sanitizer before and after leaving every customer site along with wiping down vehicles.
