We have trained dispatchers in our Central Monitoring Station. If your system is monitored by Custom Alarm and you have an alarm, one of our trained dispatchers will be your guide. They will walk you through the process and provide assistance along the way. That means 24 hours-a-day; 365 days-a-year, you have the peace of mind in knowing that someone is monitoring your home or business.
