Custom Alarm is the only security company in the Rochester area to house and operate our own UL® Listed Central Monitoring Station. This comprehensive monitoring equipment enables us to instantly respond to your security and fire emergency. Because we are local, we can work with you personally to help you understand the operation of your system.
Note: our entire operation is UL® (Underwriters Laboratories) listed. These standards are extensive and very strict. A UL® representative inspects our Central Monitoring Station on a regular basis. Our highly-trained and dedicated people are available 24 hours-a-day to keep you safe.

Custom Alarm's Central Monitoring Station has been given the Five Diamond Certification from the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). The Five Diamond Program is a balanced certification program providing a differentiation in the marketplace.
